June O. MALIK (nee Vavra) Age 78. Dear daughter of the late Stanley and Helen Vavra. Beloved wife of James J. Loving mother of James A. (Olga), John R. (Diane), Donna M., Matthew L. (partner J.), and Tara L. Beloved grandmother of Kelley, Jonathan, Scott and Teagan. Dear sister of the late Bob and Len (Helen).
June graduated from Beaumont School for Girls in 1949. She was a lifelong, devout Catholic and member of St. John Bosco and Holy Family Churches as well as St. Clement of Rome Church in Sun City, AZ. June regularly donated to many charities to help others in need. She enjoyed golfing with the Ridgewood Tammys, bowling, roller skating, reading and shopping. She loved traveling to several places with her husband, family and many friends. June had a vibrant spirit, contagious laugh and a joyful love of life. She will be deeply missed and forever loved by all who knew her.
Mass of Christian Burial: Wednesday, December 2, 10:00 AM at St. John Bosco Church. Interment: Sunset Memorial Park.
Visitation: Tuesday, 2-4 and 6-8 PM at The Zabor Funeral Home, 5680 Pearl Rd. Parma (betw. Snow and Ridge).
