Jose Enrique DeLeon, Age 58. Jose’ passed away January 17 after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Rose Ann (nee Jersan). Loving father of Alex DeLeo’n. Beloved son of Gabriel (dec.) and Elizabeth (nee Rosa). Dear brother of Eugene (Lori), Angie Wallace (David), Aida Rusnov (John) and Libby Stapleton (Bill). Dear brother-in-law of Mary Ann Phillips, John Jersan (Jean), David Jersan (Roxanne, dec.) and Ginger Marcum. Dear friend of Hector and Carmen Ramos. Dear uncle, great uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Mass of Christian Burial: Thursday, January 21, 9:30 AM at St. Thomas More Church.

  9. DeLeon Family – The Crespo family are old friends of Jose’s family. We went to the same grade school and lived and grew up together on the east side of Cleveland. It is a sad day in our family to see a good friend leave us so soon. GOD BLESS all of you as a family.

I pray for my family and aunt in this such difficult timefor which all are going thru but do know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all as well as his spouse and family I will always remember Jose as a smart intelligent man with a heart of gold. The distance may keep me far apart but the bond of family has me near. Jose you are going to be greatly missed but do know your memories will always be with me. Especially the time you visited Puerto Rico and I had the plesure of fixing you dinner or was it the other way around you ate my cooking you smiled and said it was good, little did I know it was terrible, you were so sweet and said it was good. Jose I still can’t cook. I love you Jose, your cousin darlene and please forgive me for not getting to know you more.
