Betty was preceded in death by her loving husband Donald John, sons Robert Steven (Robyn Beth) and Jamie Morris Deucher; her in-laws, Albert and Florence Deucher, brother-in-law Albert W. Deucher.  She is survived by her beloved daughters: LtCol (Ret) Kathleen (Lee) Brown, Cynthia (John) Carrick, Ann-Marie (Dr. James) Cunningham, Lisa (Gus) Steinke, Sharon (Ret Col Michael) Mattei who gave her grandchildren to love and nurture: Jennifer, Jessica, Tim, Julia, Karl, David, Ian, Daniel, Elizabeth, Andrew, Brian and Elise and great granddaughter, Rian.  Dear sister of Patricia Deucher and aunt of Christine, David and Jeff.  She relished the calls and memory quizzes from her former neighbor and ‘Honorary Son,’ Bill Zaletal, long after she moved to Virginia where she volunteered at Driver Elementary School.
