My condolences to the family and to all those who mourn his passing.
Frank was a very positive influence on a very negative situation while he worked at Midland Steel Corporation. He taught me a lot when it came to getting along with people in a work situation. I have never forgotten the great lessons he taught me…Thanks Frank….God be good to you
