Jim…So sorry to hear of the passing of your mom. We realize this is a very tough time for you but, know that many Morningside residents have you and Connie in our prayers.
Each of you can be so proud of the wonderful goals that your Mom was able to accomplish. At 95 years of she was a special person in so many lives. Hooray for her. Winning at WII bowling at the age of 94 says so much for her stamina not to mention the fun that her great grandchildren have had in reliving the experience. She was always a sport to try anything. We will miss her dearly.
A remarkable, thoughtful and loving person that I will greatly miss. I had the honor of bringing her the Eucharist every Tuesday and looked forward to spending a few minutes with her each week. She always made me feel special when in reality she was the special one and a true gift from God to those around her. Heaven is truly blessed to have her presence for all eternity. I love you, Olga.
We are very sorry to hear about Olga’s passing. She lived a good long life but it stinks losing a Mother or Grandmother.

Jim & Connie, Diana, Janis, Denise, Laura and Renee,
Oh how I’ve thought of your mom since leaving H.W. Stopped in one Sunday after Christmas and she told me how much she still missed your dad and she was looking forward to seeing him again and hoped it would be soon. I’m happy for her but so very sad for you. You were all blessed with such wonderful parents and so very lucky to have had your mom for so long; I lost my mom when I was 19.
She and your dad are part of my fondest memories; I’m will try to stop by this evening to see all of you and to say “I’ll catch up with you & Ed later” to your mom.
My condolences to all of you.

PS, I emailed Keith – I’m certain you’ll hear from him. He adored your parents.
My Mom, Mary K. Moffat, was at Huntington Woods and passed away about a year ago. Olga was one of the wonderful people I had the pleasure of getting to know. Her moving into HW with her husband to care for him although she could have still lived independently. It instantly made me admire her. She always was upbeat and someone you could joke with.
You run across many people in your lifetime, the ones you forget and the ones you never forget. Olga is definitely one of those people I will not forget.
God Bless You
To the Gocek Family,
Your mother was a very dear friend of mine, I offer you all my deepest sympathy. We used to be bowling buddies and then we would meet for lunch at EstaBrook afterwards. I have only pleasant memories of her. She will be missed.
Sincerely,
Lois Meyer
I will always remember Olga’s smile and laugh. She was a mighty force in a little body and her presence will be felt by many for a very long time. In your loss, I hope you cherish the many years you had with her, the many memories that you have and the love that surrounds all of you.
