LASENYIK, Joseph Paul

Joseph P. LASENYIK, age 81. Beloved husband of Joan (nee Texter). Dearest father of Andrea Heinrich (Andreas), Susan Bussey (Stephen), and Erica Lasenyik. Loving grandfather of David, Daniel and Michael Heinrich. Dear brother of Tibor Lasenyik (deceased), Dorothy Berzy, and Irene Kopas. Dear uncle and friend to many. US Army Veteran. Joseph served as Audit Committee Chairperson for the Ohio Educational Credit Union for many years and was a longtime volunteer for the Cleveland Catholic Diocese; serving Serra International as multiple time President of the Cleveland Chapter and as District Governor.

Mass of Christian Burial, Wednesday, September 19 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Bridget of Kildare Parish.  Interment, Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.  VISITATION AT THE ZABOR FUNERAL HOME, 5680 PEARL RD., PARMA (between Ridge and Snow) TUESDAY 2-4 AND 6-8 p.m.

  3. We will miss him very much. A good friend and an outstanding Serran. Words alone cannot totally describe the extream quality of this fine man. It was a pleasure knowing and working with him for over 25 years as Serrans. He will be missed by many.

    I am so sorry to hear about dad. I have you in my thoughts and prayers. I will always remember his laugh and how tolerant of us he was when we were at Byazantine; sometimes we could be pretty obnoxious.
