Since becoming a apprentince in 1955 and retiring in 1990, anytime you called Ruth for help, she would go OUT of her way to help you. There was times I called her and she KNEW who I was before I told her!
I am SURE there is a “special” place for Ruth in God’s Heaven!
Ruth was a “VERY SPECIAL” person.

    Sincerely Yours, Roy R. Wereb

God Bless you Ruth, you were family and such a nice person. You were a key part to the day to day functions at Local 38. You were amazing and you knew who was calling before they could tell you, before caller ID you were it. Love Janice
