Messages of Condolence
Dear Aunt “Physill”…. I wanted to say that we all were very lucky and truly blessed to have been part of your family. So much love and so many fond memories of spending parts of our lives together in one way or another. I know that you had to leave us too soon but I imagine how happy Uncle Bill is to have you back. Would you say hello to him from all of us? We were just sharing memories of you both tonite at dinner. Please know that your family will carry on as amazing examples of your love, strength and guidance. The rest of us will continue to keep an eye on them…. Especially young Bill! My mom (Marlene) says he’s STILL a handful. And Linda is the same kind of fun and loving mother that you were. So they’ll be ok. We promise. So rest easy, give Uncle Bill a smooch from us and oh yeah, Mom wants to know if you’ve met Elvis yet. We’ll miss you but I know that God’s holding you in the palm of His hand.
Swann Family,
May you find peace and comfort during this time of loss. May the gentle hand of God wipe your tears. I have many beautiful memories of your Mom, Sister, Aunt over the years. Such a lovely smile and always positive and grateful view of life. She was so proud of her family. You will never have to be without her. Just turn to your memories and warm feeling in your heart when you think of her. Tears will give you peace but also the thought that she is now at peace walking beside her beloved husband.
Sincerely.
Mary Wilbur
What a special person Phyllis was! Loved by all who worked with her and such a sweet personality even in the most challenging situations. Condolences to the family as one’s mother is one’s first love and so challenging to lose. Know that she is in a wonderfully beautiful place and her spirit remains with us as a reminder of how to live.
Dear Swann Family,
I just wanted to offer my sincere condolences for your loss. May the God of all comfort sustain you during this time. I have also found the following promises to be comforting John 5:28,29 about the resurrection hope as well as Rev. 21:4 where God promises to do away with all the things that cause us suffering and pain including death forever. It is my sincere hope that these thoughts comfort your family at this time.
