All of you guys are in my thoughts and prayers. Jack was an incredible person, so full of life, and had a heart of gold. He was the life of the party and was always so positive no matter the circumstances. I really don’t think I ever saw him without a smile on his face. I look up to Jack Kachmarik so much for that. Jack impacted the lives of so many people, including myself. My heart is so heavy for his family and friends right now. God gained an amazing Angel this past weekend. Dearest Jack…I’m honored to have known you and share our experiences of UH hospital. I will cherish the memory of meeting you, your sister, and mom while you waited for your heart. Even though the 5 years you gained from the heart were much to short, we are all blessed to have 5 more years with you.
Maggie and Nancy please known at night when the memories of Jack start flooding in he is right there with you….loving and always watching over you.
My deepest sympathies…
Longing For One More DayWhen we lose someone we love it seems that time stands still. What moves through us is a silence… a quiet sadness… A longing for one more day… one more word… one more touch… We may not understand why you left this earth so soon, or why you left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that you died, but that you lived. And that your life gave us memories too beautiful to forget. We will see you again some day, in a heavenly place where there is no parting.
A place where there are no words that mean good-by

Dear Nancy, Angie, John, Maggie, Jeff and Ray. I am so sorry to hear of Jack’s passing. I had no idea until I read the paper on Wednesday. Please believe me when I say how very sorry I am for your loss. Words alone cannot convey the sorrow I have as I feel Jack was my little adopted nephew for such a short while. My memories of his bright loving smile and carefree spirit will live with me for the rest of my days. If ever you want a friend. I am still here. Love and deepest respect to all of you at this sad time. Love, Dale.
