Messages of Condolence
It has been a pleasure knowing such a wonderful loving lady and being part of your family through my daughter’s marriage. You always had a smile whenever I saw you. I knew you were wonderful from the first time I met you when you commented to me that I looked to young to have a daughter, my daughter’s age at the time, I loved you for that ever since. Gramma Longa you will be missed but our memories of you will always be with us. Rest in peace now. Love, Debi

Vera was a very wonderful person. I have only known her for a few short years, but she was a joy to be around. She will be missed
Mary, Doug and entire Longa family. What a pleasure it has been sharing lifelong memories with you and Vera and Joe all these years. Your mom will be missed by so many and will always hold a special place in my heart being a close friend and neighbor to my mom and dad in old Brooklyn. So many wonderful times playing street kickball and horse in your driveway! Your mom was a special lady and she is resting finally in heaven. So glad I was able to share in the beautiful mass and service at Holy Cross today. Love you all!
I am sorry to hear of your loss. I remember her always crocheting or knitting you sweaters and vests to wear with our lovely uniforms. She always was smiling or laughing when I saw her. She and your family will be remembered in my prayers. Love to all
