DOCKMAN, Steve L.

Date of Death - September 19, 2015

Steve L. DOCKMAN, age 84, entered into eternal rest at his home on Sat. Sept. 19, surrounded by his family. He was born June 23, 1931 in Greensboro PA to the late Rose (nee Novosel) and Joseph. Steve retired from GM in 1991 and was a member of UAW Local 1005 and former member of St. Bridget’s men’s golf and bowling leagues. He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Maxine (nee Hornyak), his children; Steven (Laura), Michael (Diana), Mark (Deidre) and Mary Jo McCormick (John), 11 grandchildren, his sister; Bertha Tayler of Galion and many nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by his first wife Margaret (nee Sikina) and three brothers, Joseph, John and William.  US Army Korean War Veteran.

Mass of Christian Burial, Wednesday, September 23 at 10:00 a.m. at Mary Queen of the Apostles Church, Brook Park. Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery. Visitation at THE ZABOR FUNERAL HOME, 5680 Pearl Rd. Parma (betw. Snow & Ridge), TUESDAY, 4-8 p.m.
