Sorry to hear John has now passed away. John was a very good friend of mine for many many years over contact via ham radio and emails. He will be sadly missed by many, as he gave a lot to the hobby. Our sincere condolences to his family and friends. May he rest in peace. Kind regards from Graham (G6CLA), Dawn and family
Our deepest sympathy to the family. We have fond memories of the “good ole days”
Peace.
I never met John but I knew him through “ham” radio. We had much in common with both of us being veterans; John in Korea and myself in the Vietnam war. John would keep me posted with his battle with cancer. But, one day in September he didn’t show up and I suspected the worst.
73 John. We’ll meet again John, I’m sure of it.
