MARY A. SOPATA (Nee Adameck)  Age 93 of Parma, OH.  Born August 16, 1923 in Altoona, PA.  Passed away October, 9, 2016. Daughter of the late Andrew and Sophie (Wytosick) Adameck. Dear Mother of Carol Durkin (John), Susan (Mike Tomecko) and Ronald (Ruth).  She left behind many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, all of whom she loved very much. Survived by her beloved brother and sister, Frank Adameck of Erie, PA, and Theresa Coyne of Rocky River, OH.  Preceded in death by Helen Rayot, Virginia Eder, Joe Adameck, Elizabeth Vinci and Andy Adameck. She was a woman of strong faith and values, and believed in a good education. God gifted her with many artistic talents, including sketching, writing and music.  She had a beautiful singing voice.  Blessed with intelligence, Mary spent her career working for Sohio, while raising her children.

Visitation 9AM – 10AM on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church (3434 George Ave. Parma, OH), directly followed by Mass of Christian Burial, and funeral procession to Holy Cross Cemetery.  To offer condolences, please visit www.ZaborFH.com.
