Messages of Condolence
To the family of Margie Thornton:
I am so sorry for your loss…I’ve known and worked with Margie for over 27 years (since I was an auditor of Gliddens, before I even worked there). She was always one of my favorite people. She always had a smile on her face and was never in a bad mood – even if she was flustered, she would make a joke and we’d laugh it off. I was so shocked to hear the news and so saddened to hear the she is no longer with us. Truly a great loss….

Marge was truly a good person. I knew Marge when she worked at UCB downtoiwn and I was at the plant on 110th and Madison. She was the person at year end close that we had to balance our inter company account to. She was always so patient when we were trying get closed no matter how late in the night it was. She became my friend on a trip to Ossining NY for a training class and we shared a room. After that we bonded over our fur babies. Just so sad to lose her at such a young age.
Knew Margie in 4th grade at St Henry’s grade school
She sat behind me in Sister Patrick Eileen’s class
Very nice person.I was both saddened & shocked when I saw her picture & Notice in the PD this past week
May you Rest In Peace and enter directly into the Lords Kingdom
