The world has lost a great man. I got to know Andy when we worked together for the Parma Police. He is the nicest person you ever met. Always a gentlemen and a true class act. My heart breaks for his family and the tremendous loss they have to deal with. His beloved wife Sandy and his precious sons and granddaughters – may God help ease your pain.
