Messages of Condolence

  1. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Jim assisted our family in many ways. We were fortunate to have known him.
    God bless.

  2. Dear Haberek family
I’m sadden to hear of Mr.Haberek passing.
I remember him throughout my childhood as being a hardworker, always helping someone in need.
May you find peace in all your memories
    AMY

  3. I have fond memories going over to the house; almost like I was part of the family. Mr. Haberek was kind, good natured, and loving. I am sure that Jim and I gave him a run for his money now and them. Doing paper routes (Cleveland Press) and going over there now and then for hot chocolate in the winter. Growing up, he was supportive of me and the Higginbotham family. Fond memories.

I am sorry I cannot be there for Jim, Mary, and the rest of Jim’s siblings. We are in California, and cannot make the trip. Rest assured, our love is sent on wings of an angel, so that God’s grace may shine upon them all. Rest in peace Mr. Haberek.

    Love,
    John and Joanne Higginbotham

  4. Jim, Jon and Haberek Family,
On behalf of my mother and siblings, we extend to you our deepest condolences. We were blessed at St. Charles to have many like families– active in church and school activities– including the Habereks.
Our fathers have left us with many fond memories. May those remembrances comfort you and bring you peace in the days and years to come.
    God bless you all,
    Chris Sedlock

  5. I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Haberek. I did not know him but know his son, Jim. Losing someone you love is always painful. Bless you all.

  6. Dear Haberek family,

The peace and joy Mr Haberek is feeling is indescribable, but at the same time his passing has left you with a tremendous loss. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you today.

I have so many wonderful memories of our families tobogganing together and eating Little Caesar’s pizza after political canvassing thanks to your father. His contagious smile and kind heart will always be the first things I remember and I am glad you are surrounded by wonderful friends and family to reflect on all of the happy memories.

Sorry I could not be there in-person.

    With love and respect,

    Michael Elchlinger

  7. To the Haberek family: I am so sorry to hear about your loss. When I I knew Jim, he was a wonderful man with so much charm and such a big heart. I miss that contagious laugh and kind spirit. I will be keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers. May he Rest In Peace with our Lord.
