I am so sorry to hear of your great loss. Recently I lost my dear mother, and found comfort in the Holy Bible, like at Isaiah 25
Verse 8 – “The Sovereign Lord will swallow up death forever,
and wipe away the tears from all faces.” Also at Revelation 21
verse 4 we find God’s promise to remove both pain and death.

I believe your Mother worked at Higbees with my late husband in the Men’s Department. We went to dinner at your parent’s house and I have a Pineapple Pudding Cake recipe of hers that I made all the time. I was hoping there would be more of a write up so I could be sure it was Higbees where she worked. Please email me back sometime and let me know. The picture looks just like I remember her. What a wonderful person she was.

I am so sorry about your loss. I was hoping to share some encouragement from the bible that is found at acts 24:14 and that mentions that there will be a resurrection of both the righteous and unrighteous. So we have a beautiful hope of seeing our loved ones again. I hope this helps.
