My deepest sympathy to the Cowan family. Bob (and Laura) were very dear to me and became my “other” family after losing my husband. We had spent many holidays and poker nights together, laughing, drinking, and smoking cigarettes. I was always accepted as a good friend…not a guest. So, as time passes, friends, family, and pets cross over leaving those of us who remain in grief and only loving memories. May your family experience the hope of meeting again through faith.
