Survived by husband, Delmas of 70 years, Daughter, Jackie Kotasek, son in law, Pete. Grandchildren: Donna McElroy, Dayle Meyers,& Travis Kotasek. Great Grandchildren: Emma & Evan Meyers and Eoghan McElroy. Lucy was the last one of 13 children in the Jolly family. Lucy worked at Manufacturers Brush Co. for many years. Later in life she worked at Malleys Chocolates as a seasonal worker. Lucy loved to travel . She visited 42 states, England and went on a cruise. Lucy spent lots of Octobers in Gatlinburg with friends and her sister. For 14 years they spent winters in Satsuma, Florida and back to Brooklyn in April. Lucy volunteered at Pleasant Valley Church, Parma. She helped when they were building the new Sanctuary then helped in the kitchen when they had Wednesday night dinners. We will miss her so much.

First of all I want to express my sorrow to Del and Jackie for the loss of their wife and mother. Lucy was a very unique lady that I loved being around. She was the best Aunt that I could ever ask for. She had alot of pride and it showed. I enjoyed the way she laughed and expressed her self. I can still smell that wonderful fried chicken she made and the “Happy” Dumplings too. You will be missed. Thanks for being part of my life. Love you……. James.

I wished to convey my deepest sympathies to Del and Jackie. Lucy was a very unique person. I loved her honesty, her sense of humor her kindness as her generous nature. I will greatly miss her infectious laugh and her stories.

It’s hard to even say Delmas & Lucy without Lucy now. They went together like peas and carrots. Lucy will be greatly missed by so many, especially Delmas and Jackie. To which I offer my sincerest condolences and for all the family. I met her through my husband Phillip who knew her when he was a child. Delmas also worked with Phillip at PPG. Lucy and Phillip talked of many spiritual things and prayed for each other….now they are both enjoying Heaven together. Please know I will keep all of you in my prayers and love for you in my heart.
