Siegfried “ZIGGY” Gunter THIERGART, age 89. Beloved husband of 20 years to Cynthia Thiergart, will be dearly missed by all. Loving father of the late Wolfgang, Mike (Linda), Steven, Katherine Young (Philip), Gregory (Nikki), Christopher Butkiewicz (Kristine), and Julie Phillips. Dearest Opa (grandfather) to Amanda (James), Michelle (Cody), Mallory, Ashley (Ralph), Jerrod (Kayla), Jennifer, Shelbie (Austin), Chad, Scott, Garrett, Chase, Jenna, Cole, Ava, Alexander, Nicholas, and Kevin. Dearest great Opa (grandfather) of 11, uncle of 2, and friend to many.
Ziggy was a United States Army Veteran and a hard-working man his entire life. One of his greatest joys was his beautiful flower gardens and the relaxation it gave him. May he rest in the Lord’s peace and be surrounded with the Angels.
