In my memory, I hear your laughter, I see the sparkle in your eyes, I know your huge heart and I share your love for our Lord. I know you’re with Grandma Amy and she’s loving you more than any of us could. Be at peace, my friend. You are now free. Your spirit will remain in our memories always.

My heart goes out to everyone in the family. Especially those of whom I’ve had in my life for 40 plus years. Jennifer, Miranda, Amanda, Nancy and Maury Sr. A very kind sole was taken from us way to early. He’s at rest now. I will be there Monday at Church for you all. On a side note us being at St. Mary’s all together again reminds me of our CCD glasses and our confirmations at the Church. Good funny memories. Saint Mary’s is a very special place.

MO was a bright shining star. He was a kind gentle soul who always welcomed me into the group and never made anyone feel like an outsider. I will miss hearing you sing and hearing you laugh and seeing you smile and talking with you. Thank you for being my friend. Travel down the road and back again. Your heart is true, you’re a pal and a confidant.
God bless you, Maury. I will always remember our time together and cherish the memories we shared. Thank you for being you.

Maury, you were an amazing human being. The biggest heart of anyone I knew. You always had a smile, a laugh and a hug. Your voice was so beautiful, and how you loved to sing! You prayed for me and with me on many occasions. You were such a great friend to my husband and son. Never judged, just loved. I will cherish every single memory we have together. You were a dear friend and I will miss you so very much. Sing with the angels now, my friend. I love you.

I was part of the Tetelestai family for a couple of wonderful years and remember Maury well. He and a couple other members of the play, fully dressed in character, came with me to the pulpit to invite parishioners at St. Joe’s to attend Tetelestai that weekend. He made me feel comfortable as a first timer and I remember his deep connection to everyone he met. He loved singing praise and worship songs! May our dear Lord wrap us all with love and peace! Maury, you were a good and faithful servant and you will be sorely missed! God bless you!

I am so sorry for your loss. I knew Maury in high school, He was fun and a committed soul. He had a zest for life! Later on, I knew him through Amanda, so it was so nice to have a friend through the years.
